REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refund requests are honored within 60 days of payment for back issues, subscriptions and other merchandise. Refunds are not available for contest submissions. To request a return or refund, contact us via email to publisher.columbia@gmail.com. Refund requests must include a copy of your payment receipt or payment confirmation and the original merchandise that was shipped to you.
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of personal information you provide. We do not sell, rent or lease customer lists to third parties, and we do not disclose nonpublic personal information to any affiliates except as required to to deliver the services and/or products you have requested. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that are reasonably designed to guard your non-public personal information.
SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner. New subscriptions begin with the first issue published after receipt of payment. Orders for back issues will be fulfilled within 30 days of receipt of payment. If you are having problems with your order, please contact us via email at publisher.columbia@gmail.com.
